The Leica DM2700 P microscope with automatic table
We have a wide range of different microscopes covering all standard methods for thin section analysis and metamorphic petrology.
The Leica DM2700 PExternal link polarisation microscope with an automatic scanning table has a 5-fold centerable objective revolver and can be used for both reflection and transmitted light microscopy. The electrically driven, automatic scanning table allows entire thin sections to be recorded quickly and efficiently in the highest detail. Hundreds of individual images are automatically stitched for this purpose.
